  1. Ordering
  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to order@hjartgruppen.se.
  • You accept our terms of purchase and our privacy policy by clicking the "Finish purchase" button in the checkout at hjartgruppenshop.se.
  • Hjärtgruppen has the right to cancel orders without notice.
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Deviations may occur, especially with large order volumes. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
  • Stock balance on the website may differ from our actual stock balance due to being updated in different systems. This can mean that an item is sold out even though it is listed as available on the website, usually our actual stock balance can be behind by up to 24 hours.
  • If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at e-mail address: order@hjartgruppen.se, we usually respond within 72 hours.
  • Force majeure
  • We reserve the right that the delivery may take longer in the event of, for example, operating errors, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays within the shipping companies' distribution network, as well as other unpredictable events that we cannot control.
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are exclusive of 25% VAT. VAT is stated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
  • 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us order@hjartgruppen.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.
  • 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.

  1. Claims and complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
  • 6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to order@hjartgruppen.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • Shipments sent to agents remain for 14 days from the date the package has arrived. If you as a customer do not pick up your package, it will be returned to Hjärtgruppen. In the case of unclaimed packages, we reserve the right according to § 41 KKL to charge you as a customer the costs for return shipping and shipping costs. You will be charged a minimum fee of SEK 199 for unredeemed packages.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

  • Hjärtgruppen AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

  • Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
  • 11.2 What data do we store?
  • In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.
  • 11.3 Legal basis
  • In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.
  • 11.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
  • 11.4.1 Payment provider
  • When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Invoice, Swish, card payment and partial payment.

  • In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we work with are: Schenker, DHL and Postnord.

  • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use MailChimp for sending newsletters.

  • You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
  • 11.6 Right to rectification
  • You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

  • In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Companies, organisations, authorities, county councils, municipalities and countries

  • Orders can be canceled by Hjärtgruppen without notice. Hjärtgruppen has the right to retain payment funds that cover any transaction fees.
  • Hjärtgruppen may run a credit report on the person making the order and the organization the person represents without warning.
  • Organizations have no right of withdrawal. If an order has been placed and not canceled in writing before the order has been sent, the order may be invoiced in its entirety.
