Carbon dioxide extinguishers are an essential part of fire safety, specially designed to fight fires in electrical equipment and liquids without leaving any residue. These extinguishers are ideal for use in sensitive environments such as kitchens, laboratories and places with fine mechanical equipment, as they do not conduct electricity and can be safely used on installations up to 1000 V.

The extinguishers, which are pressurized with carbon dioxide (CO2) as extinguishing and propellant gas, are both effective and easy to handle. The quick-opening valve and the impact-resistant diffuser with an optimal nozzle guarantee maximum efficiency and safety in use. Each extinguisher is supplied with a suspension device for easy wall mounting and is available with a vehicle holder as an accessory.

Remember that carbon dioxide is heavier than air and can pose a suffocation risk in low-lying spaces. It is a colorless, non-conductive and chemically neutral gas used in both hand-held fire extinguishers and fixed extinguishing systems. Its use as an extinguishing agent is environmentally friendly and hardly affects the greenhouse effect. The extinguisher must be checked regularly to ensure functionality and safety.
